District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital M. B. Din, Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through the E-PAD system from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers, suppliers and firms for multiple framework contracts for the fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.
Bidding documents may be downloaded by E-PAD registered bidders via the E Pak Acquisition & Disposal System or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Sealed bids must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before 10:30 a.m. on the closing date and a bid security (CDR/FDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan) must be delivered to the procuring agency before the closing time. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
