PEZDMC Tender: Hiring of 3rd-Party Consultant for Infrastructure Works at M-9/N-5 Mair Industrial Park

Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company (PEZDMC) invites sealed bids for hiring a 3rd-party consultant for infrastructure development works for its flagship Mair Industrial Park project located on the M-9/N-5 Link Road (Faster Bypass), Karachi. Eligible firms must hold a valid PEC license and have prior experience in infrastructure development works for industrial parks, SEZs, industrial estates or housing societies.

Tender documents (RFP) are available from the PEZDMC office from 09 July 2026 on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 by pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd (NTN 0785857-5) and submission of valid PEC, FBR and SRB registration certificates. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to PEZDMC by 14:00 on 23 July 2026; technical bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day. The single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed; PEZDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
