Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station facility at Pine Hills, Phase V in the DHA Business District. The site area is 95 kanals.
Key commercial terms: Monthly reserved base rent Rs. 2.5 million and upfront land utilization payment Rs. 250 million as per DHA terms. Interested OMCs must submit company profile, relevant fuel-station experience, financial capability and proposed concept. Submission Deadline: Within 10 days from the date of publication.
