Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Ministry of Housing & Works, invites online/electronic proposals from well‑reputed educational institutions to design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer a state‑of‑the‑art educational institute on a gross revenue‑sharing concession in Sector 25‑B, Scheme‑33, Karachi. Ownership of the project site will remain vested in FGEHA. The concession is for 20 years, extendable once for up to 10 years at FGEHA’s sole discretion.
