Eligibility & key requirements: Candidates must be Pakistani nationals. Required academic and professional documents include MBBS/BDS degree and detailed mark sheets, CNIC, PM&DC valid permanent registration certificate, copies of job certificates, distinction certificate (if any), BLS/ALS/ACLS/PALS & ATLS certificates (AHA certified), soft skills/workshop certificates (if any), publications in approved indexed journals (if any), domicile, and three attested passport-size photographs (front & back). Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit HEC/PM&DC equivalency.
Application procedure & fee:
- Application processing fee: Rs. 2,000 per specialty.
- Application and academic form can be downloaded from www.skzmdc.edu.pk.
- Application fee (Rs. 2,000) to be submitted online in favour of Deputy Dean Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Account No. 3154820902, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore (Branch code 1707).
- Copy of online bank transaction must be attached with the application form. Bank draft/pay order not accepted. Forms also available from Account Section FPGMI Lahore on payment of Rs. 2,000.
Selection & other information: Selection will be made strictly on open merit. Information provided in the application will be verified during submission, at acceptance/joining, and during training. If information is found wrong, mismatched, or forged the application/contract will be discontinued. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
