The Government of Pakistan — Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) invites applications on a contract basis for senior finance, advisory and investment positions. Appointments will be competitive and made in accordance with P3A's Human Resources Regulations, 2022; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA acceptable. | Minimum of 10–12 years post‑qualification (post 16 years' qualification) in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organization. | Not to exceed 62 years on date of advertisement |
| Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion | Bachelor's or equivalent (HEC recognized; equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA acceptable. | Minimum of 10 years post‑qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organization. | Not to exceed 60 years on date of advertisement |
| Director, Advisory | Bachelor's or equivalent (HEC recognized; equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling) in relevant discipline. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA acceptable. | Minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public‑private partnership or infrastructure investment/transaction advisory. Experience with multilateral organizations, investment banks or public sector entities is highly desirable. | Not to exceed 60 years on date of advertisement |
| Associate Director, Finance and Accounts | Bachelor's or equivalent (HEC recognized; equivalent to at least 16 years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA acceptable. | Minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance. Experience in public sector finance or multilateral organizations preferred. | Not to exceed 55 years on date of advertisement |
