National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications for the post of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at its Headquarters in Islamabad to lead technology, IT governance, digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)	Islamabad	Maximum 55 years	Package as per NPS-10	16 years education in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology/Information Security or related field from an HEC-recognized university (degrees must be attested). Master’s degree preferred.	Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles. Proven experience leading/managing technology or IT functions in large public-sector, corporate, or technology-driven organisations. Expertise in digital transformation, IT governance, technology infrastructure, secure technology solutions, software development oversight, and cybersecurity. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive innovation and cross-functional teams.

Terms & additional requirements: Selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation (extendable). Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel recruitment. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Government/ Semi-Government employees must provide NOC at interview. Attested HEC documents required at joining. Medical fitness and character certificates required. No TA/DA for test/interview. Electronic gadgets (mobile phone, smart watch, etc.) are not allowed during test/interview. Females, minorities, transgender and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
