A leading group developing multiple large‑scale mixed‑use projects with diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead group financial strategy, governance and performance while providing strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio.

| Experience & Skills | 20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience including substantial senior leadership experience. Minimum 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role. Experience in multiple large‑scale mixed‑use projects is strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, governance and stakeholder management. Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions and external auditors. |
