National Bank of Pakistan is hiring for multiple positions within its Risk Management function. Applicants with relevant banking experience and qualifications are invited to apply online. Employment is offered on a contractual basis.

Strong commercial & SME credit risk assessment knowledge; proficiency in MS Office and MIS; strong analytical, investigative and report-writing skills. | Perform risk reviews and independent credit reviews, evaluate credit portfolios, prepare reports and recommendations, monitor implementation of corrective actions, and coordinate with stakeholders. |
| Wing Head – Risk (SME / Risk & Administration) | Minimum graduation from a HEC-recognized local or international university; Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred. | Senior-level banking experience in credit/risk functions and SME credit risk; knowledge of credit policies, risk frameworks and regulatory requirements; leadership and stakeholder management skills. | Lead SME risk initiatives, develop and implement credit risk frameworks and policies, oversee risk assessments and reports, and supervise risk review teams. |
| Processing Officer – Credit Officer (Retail & Program Lending Division) | Minimum graduation from a HEC-recognized local or international university; Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred. | Minimum 2 years of banking experience including similar roles. Good MS Office skills, documentation and record-keeping, ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders. | Process credit documentation, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with procedures, support credit approvals and internal workflows for retail and program lending. |
