Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Vacancy for Senior Officer - Credit Operations (OG-I/OG-II), reporting to Wing Head - Credit Business.

Position	Senior Officer - Credit Operations (OG-I/OG-II)
Reporting To	Wing Head – Credit Business
Minimum Qualification	Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international university/college; registration by the HEC or relevant body as required.
Experience	Minimum 3 years of banking experience, of which at least 1 year in credit operations. Experience with credit operations, SBP regulations and regulatory reporting required.
Key Skills and Knowledge	Strong knowledge of credit operations, SBP regulations and regulatory reporting. Experience in credit facilities for private and public sector entities and autonomous bodies. Understanding of finance schemes (e.g., LTFF, SBP refinance products), underwriting, documentation, and credit administration. Familiarity with credit control/operations systems, MIS/reporting tools, reconciliations, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Exposure to handling recoveries, rescheduling, banking transactions, and reconciliation procedures.
Main Duties / Responsibilities	Monitor and ensure accurate credit disbursements and maintenance of credit records in line with bank policies. Carry out credit administration, documentation checks, billings, installment recovery, and related operational controls. Handle reconciliations, reporting, customer enquiries, and coordination with branches for settlements, payoffs, and loan monitoring. Support regulatory reporting, audit requirements and implementation of credit related processes and controls.

Employment Type	Contract appointment for three years, with terms and possible renewal at the discretion of management. Salary and other benefits as per bank policy.
