Issuer: Sukkur IBA University (Main Campus) in collaboration with Government of Sindh. Purpose: Sindh Talent Hunt Program (STHP) 2027 offers a foundation semester and merit‑cum‑need scholarships for talented students of Sindh Province leading to undergraduate degree programs.

Foundation Semester (for top 200 selected students): Foundation semester covers English, Mathematics and Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). Benefits: 100% tuition fee waiver; free cost of books/manuals; no hostel facility during foundation semester. Selected students will receive Rs. 5,500 per month for living cost and an additional Rs. 4,000 per month stipend.
Regular Degree Program (for top 100 selected students): Top 100 students from the initial 200 will be offered STHP scholarships at Sukkur IBA Main Campus for degree programs. Benefits: 100% admission and tuition fee waiver for up to 4 years (8 semesters) subject to maintaining a minimum CGPA of 2.2. Monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000 for the 8 semesters.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
- Must have Intermediate or equivalent from any board in the years 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Candidates must have domicile of Sindh Province.
- Selection will be made on a merit‑cum‑need basis. For progression to regular scholarship the minimum CGPA/GPA requirement applies.
