Project area: Approximately 22 Kanals at Bahawalpur Cantonment. Scope highlights include site survey, feasibility assessment, conceptual and detailed architectural design, structural design, MEP design, detailed BOQ and cost estimates, preparation of tender documents, project supervision and related allied services as defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Eligibility & submission: Firms must possess relevant professional registrations, valid tax status and experience in comparable multidisciplinary assignments. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS/PPRA e-procurement portal as per RFP instructions. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted under the two-envelope procedure and will be opened through EPADS in accordance with the procurement rules. Performance security and contract execution will follow the RFP and applicable procurement regulations.
