NEPRA Hearing: CPPA‑G Petition for SPA Fee Determination for FY 2026–27 — Hearing on 2026-10-27

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). Purpose: Notice of admission/hearing on a petition filed by Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPA‑G) for determination of the CPPA‑G Single Point of Accountability (SPA) fee for FY 2026‑27.

3. Whether requested Office Operations, Services & Maintenance (R&M, General IT Services, R&M, Support Fee, etc.), Insurance and Finance Charges are justified.
4. Whether the requested CAPEX is reasonable and justified.
5. Whether requested Other Income, recovery of loan, estimated tax and Prior Year Adjustments are justified.
6. Whether the request of the Petitioner for actualization of expenditure based on audited financial statement is justified.
7. Any other issue that may come up during or after the hearing.
