National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications for the post of Chief Technology Officer to lead the organisation's technology function, digital transformation, IT governance, infrastructure and systems development.

| Educational Requirement | 16 years education in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Information Security or related field from an HEC-recognised university. Master's degree preferred. (Degrees must be attested) |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with focused experience on enhancing organisational technology infrastructure and delivering IT transformation. Proven track record of leading/managing technology or IT functions in public/private sector or technology-driven organisations. |
| Role Purpose | Provide strategic direction on digital transformation, IT governance, technology infrastructure and systems development; strengthen organisational performance through innovative and secure technology solutions; offer technology recommendations to NADRA management and the Authority. |
| Skills & Competencies | Enterprise architecture, cloud and secure systems, cybersecurity strategy and implementation, software engineering and development methodologies, programming languages, stakeholder management, leadership and communication. |
