Key responsibilities include developing and executing a risk-based annual audit plan, leading financial, operational, IT, forensic, performance and compliance audits across NADRA offices, verifying compliance with government rules and procurement regulations (e.g. PPRA), preparing high-quality audit reports for Management and the Audit Committee, evaluating and recommending improvements to internal controls and organizational SOPs, building audit capability (including IT audit and forensics), and coordinating with external auditors and regulators.
