WAPDA Building Circle (Member Finance) invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement for on‑demand execution of repair, maintenance, new installation and special/ordinary civil and electrical repairs in residential buildings at WAPDA Colonies in Upper Mall Sub‑Division, Lahore (Ref: FFWB/0485).
Only prequalified contractors will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings and will be invited to bid for Call‑Off Contracts under the Framework Agreement.
