Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing). Procurement of tyres, batteries, oil/air/diesel/AC filters and allied parts through Framework Contracts for official vehicles of the Motor Transport Wing (work/orders issued as Call-Offs during the contract period).

Eligibility: Eligible and reputed automobile workshops/firm owners having relevant experience and valid registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)/Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities where applicable.
Bid Security: All e-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost via a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders may participate in one or more lots; each lot will be evaluated separately.
Contract period: Framework contract and rates valid through 30 June 2027 (work to be executed as required by issued Work Orders/Call-Offs).
