Office of the Director, Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences, Shahdadpur (District Sanghar) invites e-bids through E-PAK Acquisition & Disposable system (EPADS) from manufacturers/importers/authorized distributors on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for supply of drugs, medical supplies and medical oxygen for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Rule 46(2). Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on the portalsindh website and EPADS portal; suppliers must be registered on EPADS for bid submission.
E-bids must be submitted on EPADS between 2026-10-12 and 2026-10-17 before 13:00. Original instruments of tender fee and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-17 at 14:00 in the office of the Director, Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences, Shahdadpur. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PP Rules 2010.
