Notice of Intended Transfer — House No.95, Block D, Real Town (Canal City) Co-op Housing Society

The President of Real Town (Canal City) Co-operative Housing Society advises that the heirs of the late Muhammad Jamshed Zafar — Aisha Jamshed (widow), Jaisha Jamshed and Anoush Jamshed (daughters) — have obtained a court succession certificate and submitted documents to the society to transfer ownership of House No. 95, Block D (area stated as 733 marla).

Any person, institution, bank or agency having objections to this transfer must submit a written objection with documentary proof to the society office within 7 days of this notice. Otherwise the society will proceed to transfer the property to the legal heirs and will not bear further legal responsibility.
