Public Notice: Proposed Transfer of House No. 95, Block D — Rail Town (Canal City) Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore

The President of Rail Town (Canal City) Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore, announces that the heirs of the late Muhammad Jamshed Zafar — Aisha Jamshed (widow), Jaisha Jamshed and Anoush Jamshed (daughters) — have obtained a court succession certificate and have submitted documents at the society office to transfer House No. 95, Block D into their names.

Any person, institution, bank or agency having any objection or claim to this transfer must submit a written objection with documentary evidence to the society office within 7 days of this advertisement’s publication. After the expiry of this period the society will proceed to transfer the property to the legal heirs and will bear no further legal liability.
