Eligibility & key requirements:
- Firms/companies registered with valid PEC registration in Category C-4 or above and relevant disciplines CE-09, CE-10 & EE-04, EE-06.
- Valid registration with Tax Authorities (FBR & SRB) and valid Electrical license issued by Government of Sindh where applicable.
- Experience in similar works during the last five years; minimum 80% of estimated cost executed by the firm or at least two similar works achieving minimum 50% of estimated cost.
- Submission of financial statements and Income Tax Returns for the last five years; undertaking/affidavit that the firm is not involved in litigation or blacklisted.
- Bid Security: 5% of bid cost in the shape of pay order/demand draft (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in favour of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro.
