MES Tender: Provision of Facilities at PAF Base Chaklala — Rs. 57.000 Million (Closes 2026-10-30)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala / ACO (P) MES (PAF) Islamabad).

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works for the provision of certain facilities at a PAF base (PAF Base Chaklala). Estimated cost: Rs. 57.000 Million.

Key conditions and eligibility:

• Applicants must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as required.
• Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and that satisfy special conditions.
• Contractors must certify that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department in any court of law and that no adverse Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (Ein-C’s Branch GHQ) report is outstanding against them.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory; a copy of PEC registration must be submitted. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Contractors should be on the approved MES list in categories 'A' or 'B' and have relevant experience.

Submission and opening:

• Sealed tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026.
• Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on 30 October 2026; interested contractors may attend the opening.

Reservation of rights and procedure:

• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per applicable PPR rules (including Para 33(1)).
