The Military Engineer Services (HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for multiple construction, installation and rehabilitation works. Projects cover sites including Kamra (ARF/PAC), Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Attock, Kalar Kahar, Sargodha, D.G. Khan, Khuzdar, Hyderabad and Karachi.
Works include (but are not limited to) RO plant installation, pharmacy construction, road re-carpeting, up-gradation of electrical infrastructure, boundary walls, rehabilitation of facilities, furniture provision, HVAC and services works across various domestic, technical and administrative areas. Approximately 30+ work packages are listed with individual estimated costs shown in the tender notice.

Tenders/documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules.
