District Council, Rahim Yar Khan invites re-tenders under the ADP Programme for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Registered contractors/firms holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) are eligible to participate.
Bids must be submitted/uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Earnest money (5% of estimated cost) must be deposited/uploaded against the relevant PSID. Bid submission deadline is 01:00 PM on 2026-11-03; bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on 2026-11-03 in the office of District Council Rahim Yar Khan in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bid, performance and other required guarantees/securities must be issued by the Bank of Punjab; securities from other banks/financial institutions will not be accepted.
All bidders must quote rates against each DNIT/BOQ entry (rates, not percentages), provide complete financial pages and rates analysis/summary as required, and comply with current PPRA rules. If a contractor quotes 30% or more below the Technical Sanction estimate, a market-based rate analysis must be submitted or the bid may be rejected. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.
