Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for multiple packages covering safe handling, transportation, shifting, erection and providing PCC foundations with earthing works for HT/LT structures and related stringing/transformer installation across various tehsils. Each listed tender has a bid amount of PKR 5.00 million (including all taxes).
Submission and bid opening:
- Only electronic bids submitted through the ePADS v2.0 e-procurement portal will be accepted. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the ePADS website (www.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be entertained.
- Last date and time for submission: 2026-10-26 at 11:00 AM.
- Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM under a single-stage, single-envelope procedure.
Mandatory requirements (as stated):
- Bid security equal to 2% of the tender amount in the form of an original CDR must be deposited in the office of PD/CON, MEPCO (address: MEPCO near Rail Ground Station / Regional Training Center, Multan) before the bid submission deadline (11:00 AM) with a separate application on company letter pad for each tender.
- Satisfactory performance and completion certificates as per tender documents.
- NTN/FRN valid registration.
- PRAs/PPA valid registration as required by tender documents.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The procurement process will be governed by PPRA rules (as amended to date).
