Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites applications on contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS) for positions in the Monitoring & Evaluation Directorate (SP&DE) for the project “Strengthening of Planning, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate (SP&DE) Ministry of Railways”. Appointments are on a purely contract basis for a period of two (02) years or till project completion and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

- MS (Finance)/MSc (Economics)/ACCA/CA or related discipline - Minimum 16 years of education; all degrees must be HEC recognized |
- Minimum 07 years’ post-qualification experience with at least 02 years of experience preparing/analyzing financial modelling of projects - Use of advanced software related to business analysis & financial modeling will be preferred; knowledge of MS Office |
