Issuer: National Highway Authority (Punjab‑Northern Region, Central Zone). Re-invitation to e-bids for the operation, management and maintenance contracts (OM&MC) of bus bays with provision of public facilities on an Advance Quarterly Rent Guaranteed Revenue basis. Contracts offered initially for one (01) year, extendable up to two (02) years subject to satisfactory performance.
Eligibility: Registered firms/entities registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with valid PEC registration in Category C‑5 for the Year 2027. Bids will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit)” is required.
