Submission: Bidders must submit online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System by 11:00 AM on 2026-11-03. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid security amounting to Rs. 120,000/- (2% of the estimated price) must be submitted as instructed on the e-Procurement system and scanned receipt of bid security uploaded with the bid.
Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 AM on the date of tender submission at the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore.
Eligibility & Conditions: Firms/registered vendors with relevant registration with authorities (Income Tax/Sales Tax and Punjab e-Procurement registration) may bid. Bidding documents, detailed eligibility criteria, bid scope and terms & conditions are available on Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System, PPRRA and PEF websites. Bid validity: minimum 120 days from the last date for submission. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. The PEF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
