University of Sufism & Modern Sciences Bhitshah Tender for 30 kW Solar System (NIT/USMS/237/2026)

The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah invites sealed tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) via the e-procurement method (EPADS) from reputable and experienced firms/companies for construction of a 30 kW solar system at the University.

Eligibility & Mandatory Documents

• Income tax returns filed for the last 03 years with documentary proof.
• Audit report / bank statement of the firm for the last 03 years showing average turnover of Rs. 20 million.
• Details of equipment, machineries and transport owned by the firm/contractor with documentary proof.
• Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C-5 & above and specialized codes CE-10, EE-11 (i), EE-11 (ii), EE-11 (iii), EE-11 (vi) (Solar Installation), EE-11 (vi) (General Electrical Works) & ME-07 (v) (General Mechanical Works).
• Company certifications: ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2026 (as stated) required.
• Affidavit on original stamp paper confirming firm has never been blacklisted and not involved in litigation with any government/semi-government/autonomous body.
• List of similar projects executed in last 03 years; at least 03 projects of solar systems with cost not less than Rs. 20 million each with work orders and completion certificates.
• Valid registration with tax authorities (FBR, Sindh Revenue Board) and proof of Active Tax Payer status.
• Valid registered license from the Electrical Inspector for electrical works.

Additional Terms

Bids will be rejected if unsigned, without stamp, conditional, telegraphic, received after the specified date/time, from blacklisted firms, or not accompanied by required bid security. Tender fee and bid security should be in the prescribed form in favor of the University. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; bidders must submit their best and final prices as "No negotiations" policy is applied. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available through the e-procurement system (EPADS).
