The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED), Office of the Director General (Commercial), Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and support services for Dedicated CIR connectivity from firms registered with FBR/Income Tax and on the active taxpayer list.

Key tender conditions:
- Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules, 2017.
- Bid security: Rs. 300,000 submitted as CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Director General Commercial Electricity, Muzaffarabad. Bid security validity: not less than 150 days from bid opening.
- Quoted rates must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening and should be inclusive of General Sales Tax and all other prevailing taxes. Prices are on ex-works basis for Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli and Mirpur computer centers with installation and support services.
- Bidding documents can be obtained up to 2026-11-02 from the Office of the Director General Commercial Electricity, Muzaffarabad on written request upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).
- Bids must reach the office by 10:30 AM on 2026-11-03. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend.
- Blacklisted firms/companies/suppliers/distributors are prohibited; bidders must provide an affidavit that they are not blacklisted by any government body.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under AJK-PPRA Rules, 2017. This advertisement is also available on the AJK PPRA website. Reference: AJK No.80N/10/26.
