Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized distributors or foreign suppliers for the supply of an electro-hydraulic operating table. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. Submission is online via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-10-29 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. All bids must include an electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost submitted through the e-Procurement System; hard‑copy bid securities are not acceptable. Hard copies of bids are not required.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A, PKLI&RC.
Other conditions: Participating firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 90 days. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
