Issuer: Bacha Khan University Charsadda (Office of the Treasurer). Purpose: sealed bids are invited for the purchase of stationery items for the university from well-established firms/authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the active taxpayer list of FBR.

Bid security: 2% of total bid value in the shape of CDR in favor of Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System. In addition, one (1) hard copy of the Financial Proposal in a sealed envelope must be delivered to the Treasurer BKUC before the bid submission deadline. The original 2% CDR shall be enclosed with the Financial Proposal and an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the attachment of the original CDR shall be enclosed. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded to the KPPRA EPAD System.
Bid documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded from: www.bkuc.edu.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and the EPAD System. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Act and applicable rules.
