Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for printing, lamination and supply of title covers for jackets, textbooks, Tarjuma-tul-Quran-ul-Majeed, Tajweedi Qaida for Grade I and Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for Grades II to V for the academic session 2027-28. Eligible printers/publishers/firms/companies/JVs/consortia/AOPs/sole proprietors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possessing adequate experience may participate.

Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit online technical and financial bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Physical submission of coated/bleached board samples and original instrument of coated bleached board testing fee is required in the tender box at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office.
Bid Security: 2% of the estimated price to be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System as specified in the bidding documents. Bids without prescribed bid security will be treated as non-responsive.
Pre-bid meeting: Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore on Tuesday, 2026-10-20 at 11:30 a.m.
