Issuer: Treasurer, Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Purpose: sealed bids are invited for the purchase of stationery items for the university from well-established firms/authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appearing on the active taxpayer list of FBR. Bids must follow KPPRA rules and be submitted via the KPPRA ePAD system.

Bid security: 2% of the total bid value in the shape of a CDR in favor of Treasurer, Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Submission instructions: bids shall be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System. Additionally, one (01) hard copy of the Financial Proposal in a sealed envelope must be submitted to the office of the Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda before the bid submission deadline. The original 2% CDR shall be enclosed with the Financial Proposal; an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the attachment of the original CDR shall be enclosed with the Financial Proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded on the KPPRA EPAD system.
Terms and documents: bidding documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded from www.bkuc.edu.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and the EPAD System. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the KPPRA Act and applicable rules.
