All proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Complete bidding documents are available for download and upload via EPADS and are also available on the PSB and PPRA websites. Bid security in the shape of CDR/Pay order in the name of Pakistan Sports Board must be uploaded with documents through EPADS and the original must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before opening of bids. Bids lacking scanned copy of bid security with the proposal will be declared non-responsive. The Director General, Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
