Issuer: Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera. Eligibility: Contractors registered on EPADS, registered with KPRA (Sales Tax / Income Tax), and with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-5 category or above for the year 2025-26. The firm must be a registered entity with KPRA under Rule 37A of KP-PPRA.
Bid Security: 2% Bid Security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of "NR4257 Divisional Forest Officer Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera" must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Security" before the closing date and time.
Submission: Interested bidders must register at http:/kp.eprocure.gov.pk//supplier/registration and submit E-Bids on EPADS. E-Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from EPADS; no hard copies will be issued. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person before uploading. All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be recovered as per government directives.
Deadline & Opening: Submit E-Bids on or before 02 November 2026 till 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
Other: Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
