National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for the supply of goods for Director General Field Operations North, Multan. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List, and registered with PEC.

Bid security: PKR 750,000 in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of Chief Engineer WAPDA NTDC, valid for a period up to twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
Submission method and deadline: Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 (and E-PAQS 2.0 as required) on or before 2026-11-11 at 14:30 HRS. Original bid security must be submitted by the bid closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 15:00 HRS on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
NGCP reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
