Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (Office of the Director, Contract Management Wing — Finance & Accounts) invites bids through the Sindh EPADS portal under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure for the following supply and civil works from reputable, registered firms.

Bidders may download bidding documents from the EPADS portal: https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Completed and signed bids must be submitted online via EPADS on or before 03:00 PM on 2026-11-02; bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
In addition to online submission, bidders must submit the original non‑refundable bidding document fee (pay order of Rs. 5,000 per tender) in favor of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation to the office of the undersigned by the submission deadline. Bid security must be provided as a pay order or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for at least six (06) months.
If no bids are received or all bids are declared non‑responsive on the above date, bids will be re‑opened on 2026-11-17 at 03:30 PM. Hard copies of bidding proposal documents in sealed envelopes must also be submitted at bid opening to verify authenticity.
Karachi Metropolitan Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 25 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended). Canvassing or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.
