Government of Sindh, Health Department issued a final show cause notice dated 2026-04-13 (Karachi) addressed to a Dental Surgeon (BS-18) posted at Rural Health Center Jhudo, District Mirpurkhas. The notice follows an earlier show-cause proceedings under reference NO.SO-PRO(H)R-58/2022/DS dated 27-10-2025 concerning alleged unauthorized absence from government duties.
The Secretary Health & Authorized Officer has declared the previous reply unsatisfactory and, after consideration, proposes imposition of penalties under Rule-14 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, which may include removal/dismissal from service. The addressee is called upon to finally show cause why any or all penalties should not be imposed.
Replies must reach the undersigned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the notice; an ex-parte decision may be taken as per rules if no satisfactory reply is submitted.
