Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi invites E-Bids from registered vendors on the Punjab E-Procurement portal for framework contracts and procurement of security and janitorial human resources, HPLC solvents, chemicals, biological reagents, laboratory items, and miscellaneous accessories as per standard bidding documents.

Key instructions: E-Bids must be submitted online via Punjab E-Procurement: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Bidding documents are available free on the Punjab E-Procurement portal and on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security (original financial instrument in the form of CDR/Bank guarantee) in the name of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal through PSID; physical instruments will not be accepted at the institute.

E-Bidding will follow an open competitive Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Submit Technical and Financial bids on the portal before the stipulated closing date and time; hard copies are not required.
