District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic re-bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage—One Envelope) for framework rate contracts for supply of medicines, medical devices, surgical and disposable items, stationery, printing & publication items, and general store, equipment & miscellaneous items.

Bidders for Lot No. 1 must hold a valid Centralized Drug Sale License (Category A) as a pharmacy, manufacturer or distributor. Bidders for Lots No. 2, 3 and 4 must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers. A technical responsive, financial evaluation and award will be determined separately for each quoted lot.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids shall be prepared and submitted electronically in accordance with the portal instructions. A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot must be furnished in the prescribed form, valid and manner in favour of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-31 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-31 at 11:30 AM through Punjab e-Procurement at the Office of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Prices shall include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi / Special Prison Hospital / DHA Rawalpindi and taxes shall be stated and treated in accordance with applicable law.
