The Searle Company Limited notifies its members under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that seven persons have filed notices of their intention/consent to offer themselves for election as Directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting: Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 04:00 p.m. Venue: Khorshed Mahal, Avari Towers, Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi-75530. The meeting will also be held through Video Conferencing facility.
