Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis. The appointment will be initially for two years, extendable on satisfactory performance.

Chief Financial Officer	Not more than 57 years as of the closing date	01	Member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years relevant experience; OR Master’s degree in finance-related discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years relevant experience; OR Fellow/Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society or Institute of Actuaries (UK/US) with at least 5 years managerial experience in audit, accounting or managing financial/corporate affairs of an insurer (eligible for appointment as CFO of an insurer). Preferred: knowledge and implementation experience of IFRS 17, prior key officer/CFO role in the insurance industry or public sector/SOE, familiarity with PPRA rules/regulations and exposure to ERP environments.
