National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Quality Assurance Analyst in Operational Risk Management to support risk-based QA, RCSA and operational risk quality assurance activities.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with a first class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Finance / Economics / Statistics) or relevant professional certification(s) preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 02 years of experience in a bank and/or financial institution, including at least 01 year in Internal Audit and/or Internal Controls and/or Quality Assurance. Candidates with exposure to operational risk will be preferred. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Analytical aptitude for quantitative analysis, knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory requirements, good communication and report writing, stakeholder coordination, and ability to perform QA checks, testing and documentation. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Support risk-based sample selection for RCSA and QA reviews; collect and review testing evidence; perform control testing and document results using approved templates; identify exceptions, data inconsistencies and control gaps; perform QA checks of RCSA, KRI and operational loss data; analyze data exceptions and trends; maintain QA records and documentation; coordinate with business and report findings to Manager QA; perform other assignments as required. |

| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (may be renewed at management discretion). Selected candidates will receive a compensation package and benefits as per Bank’s policy. |
