Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a public sector company under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation & Coordination, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer on a contract basis for the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad. Appointment will be on a market-based/industry-competitive pay package for a contract term of three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project, whichever is earlier.

Higher qualifications preferred. | Minimum 25 years' professional experience, including 10 years in senior executive leadership and at least 3 years in major infrastructure/development projects. CEO or senior management experience in commercially oriented organisations with proven record of delivering mega-projects (preferably projects worth PKR 100 billion or above). Experience with international/multilateral financial institutions preferred. Key skills: strategic leadership, mega-project delivery, corporate governance, procurement, contract & financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. | Islamabad |
