Submission details: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately, signed, stamped and submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available for download free of cost from www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Deadline for online submission: 1100 hours on 2016-11-10. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date. For registration assistance on the e-Procurement System contact 1248.
