Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing). Invitation to tender on Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)(a)) for construction works in LDA City. Contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep) with valid PEC category and NTN/PNTN may participate. Bidding documents (technical & financial) will be available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal; e-bids must be submitted online.
