International Islamic University, Islamabad (Services Department) invites e-bids from firms/general services suppliers/firm companies registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and on FBR's Active Taxpayers List for supply of services: operation/rent of Photostat Shops at IIU Old & New Campuses.
Tender documents fee Rs.4,000 (non-refundable). Bid security (refundable) Rs.100,000 per setup. Bids must follow instructions in the bidding documents and be submitted via EPADS (e-procure) — only bids submitted through EPADS will be considered. Hard copy submission requirements include Bid Security and tender fee in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of IIU General Services & Misc. Income A/C #5002471831, Bank Al-Falah Limited; these documents must reach the Services Department by 2026-11-09 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the stated date/time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid opening: 2026-11-09 at 11:30 AM.
Eligibility highlights:
- Registration with FBR and Active Income Tax status.
- At least three years' experience in the relevant field at university level with documentary evidence.
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that the firm has not been blacklisted by Government or Semi-Government bodies and is not a party to any legal petition against IIU.
- Last machines must be provided.
