Director General Agricultural Information Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids under PPRA rules for the purchase of machinery and IT equipment. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑procurement system. Authorized dealers/registered suppliers with relevant tax and registration documentation and at least three years' experience may participate. Key submission details: E-bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e‑procurement system on or before 2026-11-10 by 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on 2026-11-10 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e‑procurement system in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Agriculture House, 3rd Floor, 21-Davis Road, Lahore. If the opening date is a public holiday the next working day will be used.
Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost for each lot, to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑procurement system in favor of Director General Agricultural Information Punjab; no physical instruments (CDR/bank guarantee etc.) will be accepted. Bidders must upload bidding documents as PDF files through the e‑procurement portal. Procurement will follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
