Issuer: Municipal Corporation Gujrat invites sealed electronic tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors who are also registered on EPR‑Punjab.
Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted via EPR‑Punjab by 2026-11-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-11-14 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Officer in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and representatives of bidders.
Key conditions: Single‑stage single‑envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents available and bids to be uploaded through EPR‑Punjab (PPRA web procedures apply). Manual bids are not acceptable. No amendments, telephone or conditional tenders will be accepted. Earnest money as specified is required; lowest bidder offering 5% or more below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security in the form of CDR. Firms are responsible for applicable taxes. Applicable PPRA rules will be strictly followed.
